I need to edit my post for those that are gluten free for health reason or Celiac diagnosed. Since almost all of the meat is coated with spices, this isn't gluten free. I have been sick for awhile now not knowing the cause. Most likely it is the spices. I was so sick last week for about 5 days. I asked for the manufacturer's name of the spices, but received no response.
If they offer spice free smoked turkey and chicken I would consider going back. Otherwise, I cannot.

An unpretentious bbq restaurant. With wax paper for plates and paper towels for napkins. The pork ribs are the best. Surprisingly, the turkey is very moist. Everyone has been friendly. We’ll be back for sure.
